SPRING SEMINAR SERIES

 Listed below are the free, nondenominational seminars being offered to the public at the Sharon Seventh-day Adventist Church each Tuesday evening from February 2 through April 20, 2010. Everyone is welcome to attend. Please call the church office at 704-364-8973 to register.

Choose one of the seminars below

Seminar 1: The Sanctuary Service. Taught by Lay Pastor and Elder Ellie Green. Participants will explore not only the tabernacle service but also the 2300-day prophecy, the meaning of the 'cleansing of the sanctuary' and the significance today of the Day of Atonement.

 Seminar 2: Financial Peace University. Keith Brown, an elder and local real estate business man, will conduct this popular seminar. While this seminar is free, the participant will need to purchase the course book.

 Seminar 3: Parenting Skills. Robert Crux, a life-long educator, is the instructor for this important seminar. Anyone raising children in this wicked world will benefit from this knowledge.

 Seminar 4: Marriage & Relationships. Lisa Paden, a licensed counselor, will share many insights into improving and sustaining your marital, and other, important relationships. In today's world where morality seems to have become the subject of jokes, this seminar will be a bright light guiding you into God's plan.

 Seminar 5: Exercise & Nutrition. David Parker, owner of Parker Physical Therapy, is the instructor for this popular seminar. Come dressed to exercise. Valeri Knight, RN, BSN, will provide nutrition information!

 Seminar 6: Prophecy (in Spanish). Anna Lopez, Sharon Church Personal Ministries Director, will conduct this seminar in Spanish. It will be an in-depth study of Biblical prophecies.

 Seminar 7: Christianity 101. Mark Rumsey, of WFAE news and an elder, will explore the Biblical reason for why we are Christians-followers of Christ-in today's world.

Seminar 8: Jesus: Life & Teachings. Sharon Church Associate Pastor David Graham will explore the life and teachings of Jesus and the Biblical facts that give us confidence that Jesus is who He claimed to be!

     The 'In His Word' seminar is being held each Saturday morning from 10:15 to 11:15 AM in the Sharon Church Sanctuary. Everyone is welcome to attend.
